Today my mint rep. told me the 5 penny set "should" start shipping on Oct. 23. We'll see. Not holding my breath.

I think Adorus means the Post Office ONLINE have everything except the 5 penny coin set.
None of the PO outlets have any of the new penny coins.
BTW, how do you do the quote function in this forum? I couldn't figure it out.

canada post is famous for just telling they can not supply I am almost sure that any 5 oz or sets ordered from the first two days of releases date by the RCM they will not be able to supply. look at most post office the only farewell to penny series coins are the 1/2 oz. and the gold penny. |

I have never found Canada Post to cancel my order either. I've never gotten any shipping confirmation from them though. I think they ship once they get their stock from the Mint, but that's pure guessing on my part.

I have two pending orders with CP and gave them a call yesterday. I was told they receive a second batch of the 5oz coins on Oct18.
I also placed an order over the phone on Oct02 and received those yesterday. Packaging wasn't very good - they were put into a bag used for stamps together with some "airbags" around the bag. Gladly, no damage to the coin packaging...
