It should be there by now. (I didn't use confirmation because it was in a whole stack of drop'n'go Secret Santas and Christmas cards I was sending out via my regular shipper . . . didn't even occur to me til the next day that I should have separated them. ) Matthew, jfransch . . . My mom and I in matching red sweaters, hunched over a table? Unlikely. Our dinner table is outside, where my mom smokes; I won't subject my coins to that. (Also, she hates sweaters.) Maybe it will arrive then, I don't think I have ever been disappointed on Xmas morning, Then Secret Santa raised his head, but hey...... I notice I have until 9th Jan 2013 before I can write of my disappointment. Maybe.just Maybe.Santa is doing a bit of overtime this year. I'm holding out hope for more possibly later afternoon/early evening packages being delivered. Tis the season to be hopeful! mds308 Pillar of the Community United States 1721 Posts	Posted 12/24/2012 7:12 pm I opened my gift and found a miniature Christmas tree with what Santa called the 12 coins of Christmas. I forgot to take a picture as it came but took 6 of the 12 coins and honored them with their own flip. The first picture shows the coins in their flips on top of the mini X-mas tree. My flips are covering the holes. My favorite coin from the group is a 1960 10 Piastres from Egypt. This coin is 7 grams of .720 silver. And my birth you too. The second favorite coin is the 1971 50 cent piece from Bahama Islands. This coin is 10.37 grams of .800 silver. These two would have made a nice gift by themselves but it got sweeter. My third favorite coin is a souvenir from the Benjamin Franklin Memorial. This small token packs a great looking punch. The next 3 coins are very nice. The three are from Mexico. 1963 cinco centavos, 1959 diez centavos and the coolest of the 3, a 1963 veinte centavos. All 3 are AU or better. The last 6 include a bronze religious medal, 1 game token, dateless buffalo, Bahama penny and a little coin from Austria. Thank you Secret Santa. I'm very happy. Part of the fun was researching the coins to figure out what I had. Education is a great gift too. Report this Post to the Staff

Now THAT is keeping the true spirit! A few people are holding off until tonight/tomorrow. Most of us did not. Two nice pair of socks. How can I complain? The coins were a bonus.
