Thanks I saw that roll at C/A earlier today but I got a commitment yesterday from the Mint that they would 'look into it'.

lol. It's almost funny. I got an e-mail from a CSR telling me that someone else would 'look into it' and get back to me Monday at the latest. Then overnight, I got the standard order update e-mail showing me that it was 'processing'. It sounds like a half dozen people at the mint are wandering around looking for a roll of coins. Maybe they'll form a focus group or put out tenders on a environmental impact study. I'd hate to see their supply of red tape but I think I know where the term 'pass the buck' really originated. I actually had a roll from Colonial in the shopping cart but decided to wait to see what happen might magically happen next week. I haven't had much luck getting C/A to ship orders lately either, though I think it's a result of the Mint delays in getting coins to them.  |

There are some good bargains if you look hard enough. I bought the Gold Plated SML 25th anniversary coin for $93.73. The Mint's issue price was $109.99. |
