I have the 2006 KM book on World Coins and I am currently using it to do simple grades on my minuscule US coin collection. It does not list any Jefferson nickels from 1939-42. Any ideas why?
Also what is the most common US grading and catalog book everyone uses here?
thats not a dumb question. it a very good observation. I had to pull out my krause to see for myself. your right, no jeffersons 1938-42. thats wierd. it has the KM#192 there but didnt list the mintage info or values.
I use ANA grading guide and Krause for research and multiple resourses for price info.
That is odd my 2007 world book of coins list all Jefferson from 1938 to 2000. I have three grading books I use but the one's I use most are MAKING THE GRADE BY coin values, and ANA grading standards by Whitman.
