ADVERTISEMENT: Those of you who are troubled by the fact that your coins can not stand up to the high priced models; Those of you who get a new coin and would like to show it off or ask a question about it without waiting for the Smackdown subject to get around to your new treasure AND those of you who would prefer a friendly atmosphere in which to learn about coins to one with competition, layers of rules and special incentives ---- all of you and anyone else are invited to join me at a really great place where all of these things are possible without the confining features of a Smackdown. Just visit the URL below and post your coins (preferably using really good photos and super clean language) and sit back to wait for everything you were hoping for and more. Happy posting is just a click away:

Wow--some really nice coins, especially that Bactria tetradrachm--I'm glad you shared it!
Here's my favorite--my Athens owl tet with a helmeted Athena.

Ah, um, OK - gears are whirring into motion in my gulliver, I'm guessing someone is on vacation, and not just as its Thanksgiving.

Can someone let me know what in the wild, wild, world of sports is going on?

steve6x was put in time out for 30 days by the moderators a couple of weeks ago when it was deemed one of the images he posted of Pan was too vivid (right or wrong, this is what happened). So some of us have been posting some of his coins in proxy.
