I have ordered on 4 separate occasions. All had arrived. The last 2 actually arrived within 2 weeks of order. The mint is ridiculous if people who ordered in november have not received their coins

Ordered three coins and received two - still waiting on the third one. (1914 $5) I've called but gave up on that effort after hearing different excuses. I' m frustrated but my cc appreciates the break!

I read somewhere that there is short supply on the cases.

But, are only having a problem finding cases for those that ordered in November?

^ lol yeah it seems like it. Totally not cool...especially for MC members, who ordered before public release. Sigh...

Totally agree that there is no reason that they didn't ship based on order date. Also, I'm pretty sure there was no MC advance release for these coins; everyone could order at the same time. Too bad we didn't know to wait until February to order so that we'd get the coins faster. And then insult to injury when we ask where our coins are, and we get one excuse after another, one promised delivery time after another, and still nothing.

Quote: I read somewhere that there is short supply on the cases. The case look like the regular black clamshells that come with all the Mint coins. They are not special made or any way different in size. All come come stamped with The RCM logos. So it can't be anything to do with cases.

I have hundreds of RCM clamshells, only a handful are black. Plus the holder in the lining is the size of the capsule (i.e. different sizes). Regardless, I rechecked and it says the problem is the 'packaging' so I suppose that could be the capsule, hologram stickers, clamshell, COA or the outer box. Sorry for the confusion.

Keep calling and keep emailing. When you call ask to speak with a supervisor. Ask them the reason for the delay and also, most importantly, ask for the names of the people you speak to. They are more likely to do something if they will be held accountable by name as opposed to "the last guy I talked to". I basically called daily and took note of the date, time and person I spoke to, as well as the reasons given for the delay. When I spoke to the supervisor, I listed all the b.s. that was fed to me and within days my coin was shipped. Make them as annoyed to hear from you calling over and over again as you are having to wait. Mention that you are on a forum and that you are posting your frustrations. What have you got to lose?
