Are you still waiting on any coins?
I understand everyone's frustration. The mints handling of these coins is just plain stupid at this point. It is simply unacceptable to expect someone to wait this long. Some people have avoided buying other items out of fear of being dinged with a $500+ charge on their credit cards, unexpectedly. Also, the gold and resell market has changed drastically since the release.

@redzapsid...no, I'm not waiting for more....however, my brother just got his last week, after being ordered in January....he ordered his after I had rec'd my November order.....so I can understand the frustration if people are still awaiting their FIRST orders from November....but phoning up and reaming out some little person on the phone, isn't going to generate any positive karma for this world.....the RCM mis-handled this issue, but what can you do? |

Tripoli, I didn't say it was a good idea to be a jerk to the RCM reps, just to continue calling and emailing. It's one thing for the coin to late but another to be told "it's going to sent by the end of the week" only to be told the same thing a month later. They shouldn't tell you it's going to be sent if they have no clue when. If the rep outright lies just to get you off the phone, they should be held accountable. Keeping track of who you speak to and when helps to ensure the customer service one deserves. I didn't spend thousands of dollars and hours on hold to be lied to. When I called multiple times without speaking to a supervisor, nothing was done. After speaking to a supervisor, I was told my coins would be sent within 2 days and was also given the supervisors email address to address any issue in the future. I received shipping notice as the supervisor stated. As to karma, I could care less. It the RCM reps job to address my complaints. If I'm being played as a fool, karma is no longer a factor. I treat people better than most others do, and expect nothing in return. However after spending as much on coins from the mint as I have, I expect and deserve to be treated fairly. |

^^^ This. If I'm spending thousands of dollars at your business I expect customer service. Not only expect but demand! I work hard for my money and expect others to work hard for mine. It took numerous inquiries by me ( way more than it should have) and told numerous stories before finally get some action from the RCM. The last of my coins finally arrived yesterday. Just in time for sub $1600 gold prices. Yay! Nothing like missing the boat if you planned to resell these coins( not that I am) |

I feel for those that are still waiting and can't understand the shipping.I just received my last coin a 1912 $10 ordered in the middle of march.The RCM staff that worked with me were very good to work with,the only thing I see I did different was to have them charge my credit card immediately so I could avoid the problems I had with my first order.the quality of this last coin is every bit as good as the others I ordered if not better.Good luck to everyone there shouldn,t be much left to ship. |

I spoke with my mint rep yesterday, he said a bunch will be shipped out within 2 weeks.

I've been holding them to the shipping dates they have listed for other coins I've ordered such as the new moon mask and spring canopy. I've placed two sets of orders. If they are not sent in the order that the orders were placed, I've called to cancel one of them. So far, all the coins I've ordered since these $5 golds have been sent very quickly. I may seem like a jerk calling to complain many times, but it seems to have got the message across

The coins are being shipped. I have two orders a month apart and both were shipped the same day last week.

Seems the 1914 $5 is the one that most of us are waiting for.
BTW - in other useless information...my order processing date is now April 08 and my cc was preauthorized again (for about 20th time).
