The RCM sent me the same email. I've got a feeling that the news on the 28th will be applicable to only a select few. That is, those that have bags of money laying around. A few days ago, they sent me an email about the one kilogram gold year of the snake coin. Clearly they think that I'd somehow be able to buy a $69,000 coin. I think this offer will be similar. If they send out an email to all master's club members, with a big hype days in advance, they have a pretty good chance of selling whatever it is. I can't wait one way or another.

a google search for that date gives the following: Nov. 28, 1912 LOCAL AND AREA NEWS: Cecil Brook returned from a visit to the Canadian country. read more here: http://www.quillnewspaper.com/theGr...c/May19.htmlWhat that has to do with 'golden' - your guess is as good as mine.

Maybe they'll be announcing they've received an award for achieving the Gold Standard of Customer Service?

Hi all. Just a newb with a small collection.. My guess is the RCM will proudly state that it will be 100 Years before you receive any product or service. They have been testing for the last while. Finally time they make the Official Announcement to Masters Club members. Whew Thought they would never get around to it.

I hope it's not just about the new security mark they are putting on gold maple leaf bullion. Though if the RCM will now sell gold bullion directly, it'd be good news.

Just a wild guess, but I think the Mint has found a way to totally eliminate shipping delays by simply not shipping the products at all. They will instead keep the purchased items for you in their storage facility. If you want to look at your collection, you will receive photos or a video footage or you can go to the RCM boutique and fondle the items you own.

Its kind of funny ..... But every time I talk to someone at the mint I tell them my profile changes to " I don't want to receive emails" and they say the same thing ...... I've never heard of that are you sure you didn't change it. :-( No one else has that problem I hate it when my business means absolutely NOTHING to the people I'm dealing with.

Good Lord, another coin that I will likely NOT get due to the world ending Before XMAS! What rotten luck! Maybe it will be the 1st coin ever done without a King or Queen on it. I'd buy them all.

A coin with no king or queen would certainly be different. I hope whatever it is, it's affordable to the average collect (and I get my order in befor RogerD buys them all)
