War Nickels are very beautiful coins. Search for those with blazing silver luster and a strong strike.
Looking for a complete set in PCGS MS66FS will be an expensive proposition even without the die varieties. Just 11 coin date/MM set would likely cost over $2,000 with the 1945-S being the biggie at $1,000 itself.
Consider buying the best you can afford. In MS66 (non-FS) this is a very reasonably priced set. A hand selected set of MS65FS pieces is the way I would go, but I don't have $2,500 to spend on a MS66FS set right now. You could also go with MS66FS coins on all of them except the 3 that are expensive and get those in 65.
