I doubt I can afford to go to for the Treatment...you see...there is always another lovely coin that keeps whispering to me, haunting me with it's siren song...you know you want me.

Anyone catch ASYNs recent graded coin auctions? I never knew he sold ICCS or PCGS graded coins. SOME CRAZY DEALS! I missed out on some because I was too late. An ms-64 PCGS 1924 nickel sold for 330!. Trends at $680

I really wonder how a seller could continously get coins at such low prices.

I wonder if he has connections to 'cash for gold & silver' types of shops. Sure has quite a variety and quantity.

Just wonder if anyone is buying anything from ASYN lately, I know I have been. At any time he has about 1300 coins up for sale. He also seems to time his best stuff to end when everyone is paying attention. Bought about 100 coins from him in the past 6 months. One filler victorian 25 cent was definitely overgraded.

Just adjust your bid accordingly.
I honestly do not understand the hostility asyn receives. No one HAS to buy his coins, and yet literally 1000s do. And then complain they're all overgraded. Educate yourself and pay what you think the coin is worth and just as often you'll be getting a bargain.

I've picked up a number of TPG'd coins from his auctions at excellent prices. If you're not worried about packaging & COAs then it's a good place to pick up NCLTs; particularly silver dollars. Used to be good for picking up scrap silver (anything graded EF or less can pretty much be considered scrap of course! ) at spot or less but not the last few months with selling prices up and spot down.

i have bought many coins from asyn. including a set of large cents,,, allthough when it arrived some of the coins were damaged that were not in the description, when I let asyn know they said they would pass this off to customer support , then came back with some offers,,,i ended up getting a partial refund ,a very fair refund , needless to say I was happy in the end and I continue to do business with them today

I've bought quite a few things from them, mostly circulated coins, all at very reasonable prices (many for the initial $0.99) and since the photos clearly show you what you're bidding on, I don't have any problems. I agree, though, their grading is definitely, uh, optimistic!

I've bought a few coins from him/her myself, with good results. I totally ignore his posted grade and look at the coin myself. If it's a nice enough grade for the coin I want I make my bid accordingly; if I win, great, if I don't, I move on. This way I'm not disappointed and the price is right for the coin I get. And as stated above, often the final price is much lower than my bid upper limit so that's a nice bonus.

At least asyn transacts in $CAD. Paypal charges exorbitant exchange rates for $USD transactions. Has anyone figured out how to get $USD into your account? I can only think of two ways: becoming a seller in $USD generate a $USD balance, or set up a US bank account in the USA with a US address.

You can set up a $US account at a Canadian bank as well
