As stated, everyone is welcome to their opinion of right or wrong but in this case, it would be an uneducated (and unwanted) opinion because you don't know the entire story.

If there is some extenuating circumstance that would shed a better light on your situation please elaborate. I can't speak for anyone else, but until then I'll continue to think the bank imposed a fee in an attempt to rid themselves of a customer that wasn't profitable & was more than likely rude and/or unreasonable.

You know, one could call a non emergency number and ask the local PD. They should know the law, right? After all, enforcing it is there job

I guess I missed the last few posts on this subject.

If I posted to convince you of the legitimacy or illegitimacy of why the bank imposed the fee, I would be inclined to shed light on that matter. I have not shed light on that because it has nothing to do with my question. I'm not here to put me or the bank on trial. I've already shed light on MY situation.

Like I said, If you want to make assumptions on me vs bank and right vs wrong go ahead but it only shows your ignorance and intentions when you make assumptions with very little information.

To My Fellow Hunter,

I was bit 'hot under the collar' when I started this thread. My original post reflected my anger at the time. After cooling off, I decided to pass on trying to avenge any wrong that I felt had happened to me, at least not in a childish way. I am contacting the Fed Res Consumer Help because I believe it may extend beyond just a lack of respect. But that will conclude my dealings with this issue.
