Don't confuse being on sale in a post office as public release. The manager or an employee of the post office might have made a mistake by putting them out early. It seams as though there are rules but nobody cares because nobody is enforcing them. The rule hear is no pics until public release. It's just a few days anyway it won't kill you to wait.

@Dooby.
As said before. I just want to share my find today. I do not have any mean to rush to post those photos. I don't see and also don't want get any point or score for doing this.
Right after you remind me in some previous post. I did remove the image.
I do not even want post them back again when it is allowed to do so (which is public release day.)
Might be at that time, people get their new coins at the boutique already.

I hate being a downer, and I think the rule is stupid and I certainly don't want to be the internet police. I just don't want to see this tread get shut down for something like posting embargoed pictures.

I received the "Impression" coin brochure from RCM this morning. It shows all the new release except the 50c roll. The American Robin was specifically referred to as "birds of Canada Series". No mention was given to the 25c Mallard duck as being part of that series. BTW, both duck coins look very nice in the brochure. For the duck subscription, it states you will receive case and duck call with first coin!

Never trust the mint. I wouldn't call them untruthful, just confused. I honestly think they don't communicate between departments and that there is an excessive amount of complacency. I also feel their managers are just unqualified political animals looking only to further their own careers. Either way anything printed or said on a mint product is just for cosmetic reasons. They reserve the right to change any term of sale, shipping terms, subscription terms, or anything they want when ever they want. Read the fine print it actually says that. Quote:Conditions of sale The Royal Canadian Mint reserves the right to refuse or limit orders, and to change its prices and product offerings without notice if, for any reason, it should be found necessary to do so. The Mint also reserves the right to impose purchase quantity limits on certain items. No cancellation will be accepted after shipment. The date of shipment will be determined by the volume of orders received, product availability and other factors. Special shipping rates may apply to coin series. For orders of 6 or more coin rolls, additional shipping and handling fees will be charged. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information, images and prices printed on this website, the Royal Canadian Mint reserves the right to make corrections if an error does occur.

I think the RCM's terms and conditions you have quoted are pretty standard and not some evil conspiracy. For example, this is taken from Sears Canada's website: " Website offers, prices and merchandise availability are subject to change without notice. We endeavour to display to you only those items which are currently available to order, and item status is refreshed frequently. However, it is possible that some items, sizes and/or colours will be out of stock at the time you order. When your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation verifying receipt of your order and confirming the availability and selling prices of all items in your order. In some cases, we may offer you a substitution of equal or better value.
Our real-time inventory system sometimes is not able to keep up with demand, and we may have to cancel certain orders after they are accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience should this occur with your order. While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted."
