The first Glow in the Dark Dino had 25,000 mintage, it's mintage is too high to become valuable...
The 25-cent Mallard is either part of the bird series or the first of at least 3 in a duck series.

Wrong on all counts first dino sells for $100 easily. The 25 cent mallard is NOT part of the bird series and will be the only coin not a series!!!

@elkslayer I guess I should have quoted: Quote: Highly doubtful the 25 cent Mallard will sell for more than $100. Simple reason; 17,500 is too much quanity for it to become valuable. You don't think that the next two silver ducks will have cupronickel friends to accompany them?

Quote:Are you still sleeping comfortably dooby? ebay lsiting for the 25 cent mallard are now "buy it now" for $35 not good 10 dollar mallard doing quite well @brexzz1 We playing games again. The $35 BIN guy wants $15 shipping so there is profit even within the shipping. Just to be clear, one coin just sold for $50 including shipping, so that's the same price as the $35 BIN auction. As for the silver coin doing well, the last one sold for $90. After fees that's $78. Again your math is off, I would not call that bad nor is it good. I would hardly say either coin is selling well or poorly, the coin has not even been shipped. Lets have this conversation six months from now. Then we can see which coin is doing better. I still think the 25 cent coin has a high potential of return on investment, as pointed out by others. And as for sleeping well, Why would I cry over $300 worth of coins. I have still to recover over $100,000 from my retirement fund form the last stock market crash. That my friend will make you loose sleep, not loosing some profit on $300 of coins. Lets keep things in perspective.

this is another coin I like but prices continue to drop and stay down.
I will be waiting a bit longer to scoop it up cheap.

For me, the first coin (mallard) is the most beautiful of the set.

Yea I agree. the entire set is very nice in fact. I think I should be able to get them all for much less than what they are going for now.

@Solidifier:
Till now, I heard about "old style COA" for the Silver duck coins.
Take a look closely - on the second pictures appears set contains 25 cent coins (an not the $10 silver), which never distributed as "subscription" or "set".
So, for independently distributed 3-rd coin of 25 cent, the new COA expected, but will be disappointing for someone to receive the new COA with part of subscription $10 silver coin.
