Yesterday, I spent $4 in twos to buy a Big Mac for a friend. Today, I spent $8 in twos to help buy a copy of Edith Wharton's "Age of Innocence" as a Christmas gift for my sister. Both cashiers noted that they were never paid in twos before. The one at McDonald's remarked he's going to start asking for twos from his bank after I told him where he could obtain them.
In total, this was $12 in twos.
