I got the same email.
He is an excellent rep and he will bust his butt for you.
I strongly recommend those that are free agents (do not have reps) to sign on with him.

@MoneyPenney - I got the same newsletter but no rep with it. It just said dear Tristen and my Master Club Number. Still waiting for that E-mail saying Hello I am your mint rep or a phone call. Whichever works. XD

The name of the rep is on the right of the email, in a square 2"x3" brown highlighted area.
Right below where it says "Your MC number is ____"
It says, "Your account manager is _____". Call me to review your account. 1-877-884_____. ____@mint.ca"

i got the same email, but in my brown box is states my start and end date for mc status only...

Its gets attached based on your MC number; the MC newsletter is the easiest one to confirm if you have one or not or if you were mysteriously assigned one.

Does anyone know if the assignment of "elite" status is based solely on dollars spent or does length of time being a MC member also contribute?
Are there any "elite" MC members with residency outside of Canada?

I had two email addresses associated with my account. One had the "generic" MC status, and the other had a new account manager.

Ya, mine just states the start and end date of mine. =( Still waiting. I wish any MC member could inquire and get one. It would be good customer service. =)

I have 2 MC accounts and both received emails. One email had the name of a rep and the other did not. The account that I spent a lot of money ($3000+) with had a rep while the one just over the limit of $1000 had no rep.
So I guess it is based on how much you spend before you get a rep.

So if I spend $ 40,000, the Commercial Manager will be my rep.

If you spend one million dollars, you get Ian Bennett as your rep.
