It should probably have been sent back in for quality control. I'd love to see how PCGS would have handled the value reimbursement.

1885 MS65 is worth, what 10000.
1885 PR66 cameo is probably about 3000.

You can't keep it in the MS holder, it would be cheating someone one day out of a lot of money.
