This is the common obv. 2. The I in Gratia pointing directly to a denticle is in my opinion the best marker to ID this type. Nice coin! A VF 30 for sure.

You're right northcoin,that's the best marker to differentiate OBV1 and OBV2,though many refuse to see it or accept it.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

I am no expert but it looks like a large 8, large 2 variety. If the N in Canada was repunched (can see it at the top of the N) then it would be a more special coin. I can't tell much about the 'N' from the picture.
