This thread (an old thread!) Made me go dig this out. My grandma made this for me back in the '80s :)

She is no longer with us so I will treasure it forever. I have always wanted to take it apart and check the serial numbers though...

One bill for the collar. One for each side of the shirt. One for the button strip down the middle. And one for the 2 cuffs. It usually took her a couple of hours to make one. She would sell them for $10 at the craft fair and donate the $5 profit to charity. Along with everything else she made and donated. Sweet lady :)
