Iv reported these as well maybe if more people do they will get shut down. dialog_gvf Pillar of the Community Canada 1581 Posts	Posted 10/06/2013 10:05 pm According to the ebay Canada rep at the Toronto Coin Expo, the "Defense of Hobbies Act" requires the "copy" or "replica" but that ebay as a whole no longer allows replicas. He said they use filters and community reports to detect offending auctions for analysis. So keep up the reports. Report this Post to the Staff

john100 Pillar of the Community Canada 5324 Posts	Posted 10/06/2013 10:07 pm I have emailed the RCM on this issue and talked to my rep mant times, if lets say half of the 10000 or so master club members contact the RCM on counterfeits, it might make a difference. So far the RCM don't care, just wait a few more weeks when the fake gold superman coins appear and the value of these coins plummets. If you have a product that is being copied or counterfeited, its my responsibility to protect my patents or copyrights and start the process to assemble evidence to the RCMP and CBSA and start enforcement. The RCM has so far left this issue for their customers to defend, its just an unbelievable stance, no other company reacts this way. Contact the RCM, especially the master club members if enough do, it will make a difference, or in the near future all our nclt coins will become bullion value. Report this Post to the Staff
