I'm part of the master club but I can't find the phone number anywhere on the website. can someone please direct me where to find the special master club phone number?

There's a master club phone number? This is news to me. I've always just called in and when they look up your file it'll state your a member. If there really is one I'd like to know it as well please and thank you.

Log in as MC and click on gold MC button top right of the main page. The number is in the third paragraph of the first section.
It's also printed on all of the Impressions magazines.

I certainly learn something new as I did not know there was a MC phone number. So what is the purpose of it? Better service?

Wow, I have been using the regular 1-800#.
Never noticed that number in the MC section before.

been trying to call the mint for 2 days now trying to change the shipping address on some of my orders and I can't get through to these guys. yesterday I tried 3 times and was on hold for over 10mins each time. Today I call the MC line and it's over 20mins! unreal.

When I need to, I just call the M/C line, and usually will be put through to voice mail for my rep. I leave detailed messages, and he replies by email - confirming whatever it was about, usually before the end of the day. I've said it before, membership has it's privileges.

@Cowboy905, if you are an Elite MC, you will have a dedicated rep and he/she will give you their direct line.
I'm note even sure if there is an official "Elite MC" status by name or if it's something the people on this message board made up to differentiate the two kinds of MC members, those with reps and those without.
I'm suspect that there are super-uber-mega elite MC members where the mint just sends you QTY 1 of each coin they make without even asking you.
Anyways back to reality....having a rep has a couple of advantages, like being informed of new coins a day or two earlier than regular MC members. There is also a disadvantage that if you have a rep, they frown upon you ordering online through the mint's website. The reps really, REALLY want you to order through them exclusively.
You take the good with the bad right?

yea, I have the number from the website but it doesn't do me any good. over a 20min wait. I've tried 5 different times today alone already. I badly need to change the shipping address on my Egyptian Coins as I get them shipped to me work and I just quit my job!!

My wife was on hold during the MC release day last week for an hour and a half while using the MC exclusive number. I don't think it really puts you into any sort of priority queue but who knows?

I usually avoid calling them during the release days.. Eg: release day for MC members and a week later release day for the public. I usually call in a day or two later as the line will always get jam up during release days

I call the mint on regular number, as soon as it opens, and there's no wait time. This may work for you.
