Nice Find. As Sudz mentioned, these were pretty popular in the 1980's and 1990's. The interest seems to have fallen off. I don't know if it is because of the lack of variety of each of the "BIE" cents or they got labeled as damage and people shrugged and moved on.

"LIIB"
"LIIIB"
"LIBIE"
"LIBIEI"
The crazier the spelling and more material in between, the higher the premium. It depends on the example, but they normally go for 1-5 dollars with the extreme cases on the upper end.
