Well, OK, since you asked;
1. Why is there not a plastic coin tube made that will hold a mint roll of Bicentennial quarters in the white and orange paper, that my grandfather left me as part of his collection. 2. Why, if there is so much dislike for cleaned coins,the industry keeps making and distributing coin cleaning supplies. 3. Why coin dealers have to write stuff all on the front of the 2X2 that a coin is in. It takes away from displaying well. 4. When I go to coin shows and I tell the lady that I'm just looking, she has to follow me around and keep asking questions about what I'm interested in. The large binders are laid out on the table, and coins are in bargain boxes for me to look through; I just want to look without feeling pressure to buy something.
OK, I'm done. By the way, I really do like collecting coins... :)

Well my rant above might have made some think otherwise, but that was the topic of discussion wasn't it? :)

That seller on ebay who had to put stickers on all of their 2 X 2's that said "cheaper than a pizza" or "cheaper than 2 pizzas" And now after years of seeing their junk I can't find them to post a pic EDIT: found them but they have seemed to change their "tactics"

US ebay sellers who ship coins to Canada via the Global Shipping Program.It's totally unnecessary there is no duty on coins, just stick that $5 coin in an envelope and in the mailbox.

Well, this was a fun read! Can't think of anything to add, other than the lack of availability of high grade circulated in my chosen series. But that allows time for the previous purchase to be absorbed as its price forgotten. It feels good to rant from time to time.

When an acquaintance comes up to me with some coins, some that I find interesting, offers a ridiculously high price for them although I keep telling that it's not worth that much money. It's a hard time to convince non-collectors that their "old, rare coins that my grandpa/gramma gave to me" aren't worth so much---so many people thinking that "old is RARE!"
