Yes the ring that goes through the 1983, In and Liberty.

I was recently looking through about $40 of change that I have and I found 4 quarters with very similar rings on them.

I really HATE those rolling machines for this reason.

Especially when it wipes out the date stamps on coins.

shaunapiranha...Take a look at my rendition in 3D of your coin..You can see the ridge the coin roller does to a coin...This is common.
