I agree Proof Nut, there isn't enough variety going around it seems! One series that I would love to see happen is a Fish of Canada series! There is just something about the image of a large mouth bass or northern pike jumping out of the water that would look so awesome if done well on a coin.

Fish would be great for those that would rather nothing more than a relaxing time on the water. Including a list of locations to catch each fish as voted by RCM masters club members in the info section of the coa would be an interesting touch, although I don't do much fishing. I would like to see a series of coins depicting canadian musicians, possibly as voted by masters club members. I was just thinking about what I'd like to see next with RCM products, after doing a lenghthy survey from the mint. Did anybody else receive a request to do the recent survey from RCM? |

All the new coins are up on the Mint website but the glass frog is "awaiting stock".

I thought, new $50for$50 will be included in the public release...but it not.
Interesting looking coin, probably better, than last year's $10 Polar Bear and the same dimensions. But the mintage of 100.000....

April releases now on CP website. Frog coin available - I did not get but I did order 1 The Bison: The Fight - love that coin!

I like the Native series in general, but I think the inclusion of a very small platinum coin will turn many off.

I got my glass frog and spring canopy (part2) today. The canopy is better than the first but the frog is a huge disappointment.
