Direct ship you pay upfront and they ship to your house but that is hard for this coin because like you said each po may not get them the other way they hold the coin and you pay when you pick it up if it comes in

Quote: I will be going to more PO's tommorrow to increase my chances I had 28 butterfly's in all last year they are easy to get if you put a tiny bit of effort into it. That should work (bring results), you will increase the chances to buy a quantity. Actually "easy money" (cause at beginning these coins will go up to $250), but elkslayer correct - need to put some effort, that overlaps regular collectors' "buy-n-enjoy" procedure.

reminds me of Jim Stafford and the song 'Spiders and snakes': 'got silly and found a frog, down in the water by a hollow log, and I shook it at her and said "This Frog's for you!" '

I would agree with you if this was another type of coin but not this one. The coin will be very popular. Lots of people collect frog related items like figurines and toys. Frogs are part of pop culture. Like Kermit the frog and the cartoon frog that sings (forgot his name). Or the Fairy Tale where the princess kisses a frog that turns into a prince. Not serious? How about the glass ladybug coin? It goes for $800 now. The market should easily absorb an extra 2500 coins. With the extra coins it will likely reach the general public but don't expect them to last. I predict they will be all sold out on the first day of general release.

Yes, I know the glass ladybug is 5000 mintage. He said the frog on a coin was not serious and I countered that with the example of a bug on a coin. I am not suggesting the frog coin will sell for $800 but it will be a popular coin that will sell out quickly.

I hope the next coin is a turtle or snake on a rock surrounded by water, that would be so cool if its done in Venetian glass!
