allranger Pillar of the Community United States 1391 Posts	Posted 04/18/2014 5:50 pm The mark on the reverse is the mint mark. There are two of these that do not have a mint mark. One is brass the other is iron. I am pretty sure you have the brass one, but you can always run a magnet over it to check. That means the catalog number is C#1.1. You can narrow the date down even more depending on the style of the script and tiny variations in the characters. Unfortunately I will not be able to help you with that.
