Also, Silveroid, I'm afraid I was exaggerating about the gold content being 125%, since it can only be a maximum of 100%.

No, as they can do a gold gilded gold coin... which would bring the gold content over 100%!!

[haha... kidding obviously]

Same way the Habs and Bruins will each give 110% tonight. Hyperbole.

I am not guaranteeing it's release, I am guaranteeing that if it is released, that it will hit general availability, aka, not be sold out during the MC exclusivity period.

not sure if it'll be a kid's game, but our odds are surely better than what they were with the Bruins! we might just see another 1993 final Mtl-LA! that would be interesting...

Some rumors going on the other forum about next release (wow!) , but people do not mention Superman.
Looks like really some repackage or minimal introduction of new items to the repackage.

There is no mention of Superman coins in the June releases so they are just a unsubstantiated rumour.
Unless the coins are from Canada Post and not the Mint.

Could be but weren't the Stuper coins a stand alone release last year? I recall a big release event in Toronto.

If I'm the last post on this thread id like to comment that it would be most likely that the source of all this rumor is probably the appearance of the fake superman sets produced in China with a supposed ltd mintage of 1500 sets and we all know by now that these are available listed as genuine or even replica coins on the bay.....

if in fact the RCM does issue more Superhero coins I would be astounded but interested ...another gold coin would be nice but I would prefer the wolverine myself..although Superman does get more respect
