I have been studying this note because it has only 2 digits other than 0's and is in fairly good circulated condition.

I was checking the print run and I am not sure if I am doing that correctly but, I was using this site. http://www.uspapermoney.info/serials/f2009_s.html

It looks like the L T combination serial #'s start at L 320 00000 T
My note starts with a 0 it is L 02009000 T

Please let me know if I am looking at the info incorrectly. I am still kind of struggling with understanding it all. Especially the LEPE and COPE stuff.

Kris

An LEPE error would be with plate positioning and not the serial numbers. The list on http://www.uspapermoney.info/serials/f2009_s.html is more for serial print runs. The L-T block was printed during two separate runs, the first started out with L-S 25600001 and ended with L-T 32000000. The second run started with L-T 32000001 and ended with L-U 8320000. So your note falls within the earlier run. A lot of different numbers out there and it can get dizzying
