Anyway, don't worry about not getting first crack at this month's release. I'm pretty confident that there will be plenty of coins available for a good while.

Especially the moose coin.. who would want that...

Liverpool, I think you mistake.

The MC with the rep just have early preview and "1-st crack", as you've said. But I do not remember the case in the last one and half year, that something has been sold out during Pre-MC preview.....might be 1 or 2 coins.

You MC with no rep, right? So the coins (October release for example) have been on-site since evening (yesterday)..with no big difference from the rep mail.

Thanks for the responses to all. At the time that I wrote my post (earlier today) I still had no acess to the new coins other than the 2 mistery coins and space agency.
I check the site often at months end through to the beginning of the month, sometimes every hour. There have been many times the coins are sold or awaiting stock when I finally get a look at them.

What if I miss the mooooose? <<<grin>>>>

As I'm not a big fan of colourized coins, this month's RCM release doesn't have much to offer me.

I do like the design on the Canadian Monuments: National Aboriginal Veterans Monument silver coin, it looks to be very nicely done and full of symbolism - the type of coin I like. I'm not sure that I'll add it to my collection, however. Time will tell.

The only coin that I could not get was the gold Superman coin.
Practically every coin was available to order.
There were a few exceptions like the commissioned coins from Silvertown, ie the Bison and Eagle coins, and the Big Coin Loonie.

As for the coins that were sold out or awaiting stock, how many of them were you NOT able to get at issue price elsewhere? Just get them at the Post Office or Gatewest Coins where you get a 5% discount.

BREAKING NEWS!

The 1 oz silver Majestic Moose is now "Awaiting Stock"!

The mint must have had a very low quantity of the 7,500 since the web page shows that the Moose had "405 views in the last 24 hours!"

Should I eat my antlers, Liverpool?

I'm sure that you will be able to find one somewhere. Maybe from Canadian Coin & Currency when they become available.

P.S. I only ordered one.

Do you remember the "Polar Bear" and the "Caribou" (i think), struck and coloured same style, while one of them was commissioned by CC&C?
Both went directly to "Awaiting Stock"...in order to appear everywhere.

Well, it could be different with this coin, but I doubt in this. Still I hope that you got your copy.

@tchronis24: RCM images can not be posted here on CCF until after their general release. You should be able to easily find the image(s) you want, however, by doing a quick search on ebay.
