I ordered 2 sets the second week (I waited for the rush to be over). I already received them last Saturday. That was really fast. I don't see any flaws on any of the coins. Although I always like reverse proofs, I think my favorite is the San Francisco coin. I like the satiny look to the field. I didn't like the fact that I had to pry them out with a screwdriver to see the reverses. I was worried that I would crack the cases in the process (but someone probably already said that). All in all, a very nice set.

Mine arrived Thursday (was having my mail held), so I picked them up today. Once I got the piece of lint out of the holder for the enhanced Uncirculated Half, they all look great.

Some of my capsules are scratched and I want to replace them. Does anyone know if I can just purchase capsules from anywhere and they will be the same size so they fit in these already tight holders?

Is the 2014-D in the silver set a usual uncirculated set type of coin? Just curious. If so, I am surmising that the RedBook will list it as a business strike like the 1976-S silver clad uncirculated coin.

On Monday, the US Mint will apparently lift the household limit on the silver and clad sets. I honestly hope both will sell out.

Quote: Is the 2014-D in the silver set a usual uncirculated set type of coin? Nope...original 1964 design different from the coin in the yearly Mint set (and obviously the composition is different) For some reason NGC is grading the D's with a "SP" instead of "MS"...can't figure that one out

I was going to post that but is says nothing about the D being any different from the regular uncirc
The difference is that it is the original design from 1964 which would make it a different coin (other than the MM).."High Relief"

The D from the Silver set does appear different than the D from my mint set. On the Silver set, the field and portrait seems a little frosted.
From the mint set, the D portrait is very reflective. From the silver set, the D portrait resembles the frosted portrait from the proof coin.
