If you look at the bottom of this coin on both sides what could of caused the damaged on the denticles? and on the tip of some Leaves on the Rev.? Clogged Die....

leaf tip die cracks, bottom of the one and the neck line die clash on the stem too, very nice error coin. Perhaps that area for the denticles had grease in the die.

I think the one on the reverse is an overpolished die, judging how the lower half of the letters are thin, compared to a thicker appearance on filled die. I'm not sure what's going on with the obverse.

Those two blobs on the leaf tips kinda look like glue to me.

Those 2 "blobs" I believe are die chips; there was another topic in the threads here that dealt with this very series of 1943 penny.

what a beautiful coin! excellent! MS-60? very nice, now for the errors, seem kind of cool! the denticles on the obverse look interesting.
