A Tremissis of Emperor Justin II. Rumor says that after the defeat at Antioch he went crazy and ate two of his servants. When I first bought this coin I thought it was of Justinian but Baldwin's said it was of Justin II .  It off to you now Echizento

AM, that is a very nice coin. I have never bought any Byzantine gold or any gold for that matter. Just too expensive for my limited coin budget.

Thanks Echizento . The only thing that gets me is that it looks like Justin got bit by a vampire :) This coin cost around what a decent Augustus denarius would .
