Continue to hoard silver of course.... But I would like to finish my IHC book and I started 2015 with finally getting a 1892 Columbian Half, that will kick start my commemorative half dollar collection. Last year I bought 1982 Washington proof and unc as well as the Kennedy Sikver Proof set. The next commemorative that I want is the 1936 rhode island half. Good luck to all this year!

Finish my lincoln circulated and jefferson circulated albums. Expand some of my paper money sets and start a colonial type set by state.

What are wheat cents going for? My goal is to start my Barber half book set, as soon as I wrap up my unfinished Barber quarter set. Why am I starting sets that I can't complete?

Because you love all coins, and do not discriminate againest sets that are out of you price range. The owner of my LCS owner just picked up an 1896-S Barber quarter in AU55. He said he will never finish quarter set with just two left, he never thought he would get the 1896-S. I did get to hold it for a minute.

I couldn't afford that high grade, definitely a show stopper.

Add a couple Mint State Seated Liberty halves to my collection. I completed my set with all dates and mintmarks except for the elusive 1878-S. I would say the majority are XF to AU, with a handful of MS coins and a few in Fine condition(really expensive dates). I have many multiples in my collection, so I will sell off some of my lower grade coins and watch as many auctions as I can for the coins I need at the right prices!

Jbuck Is one year too late to reply? Quote: I may try to order my first box of Half Dollars. I am a little worried about how to dump them. Quote: Spend them! Not too practical for me, on our budget We try to MAX out the CREDIT CARD cash back as we spend for "STUFF." At 2 percent cash back it would cost me $10 a box. Only way for me to go is a pick up and (different?) dump bank. Go figure ~`~`~` one box a week ~`~` times $10 per box equals $520 per year.

Been a hectic year.not a lot of posting in 2015. My reply last year was.
1) VG 1869 and 1872 IHCs. Will leave me with 1877 and 1909S as my only holes. ---> Result: AG 1869, AG 1872, G 1877, VF 1909S 2) XF 1883 W/Cents, 1886, 1887. Leaves me with 1885 left (someday.) ---> Result: F 1883 w/cents, AG 1885, AG 1886, XF 1887 3) Work on my neglected Buffalos. ---> Got into pre 1965 Jeffersons, unexpected that this happened, bt not disappointed, a really tough coin with defined steps.
Goals for 2016: Work my Buffalo collection, 19 to go...
