Thanks SilverDon!

Wish they were hermetic.
The cup just puts tight on and the air (partially) comes out through small hole on the top, so "kind of" vacuum, but not like air-tite. But I believe, enough to store these in proper environment for years.

I wonder if there are any error coins in those rolls.

Open them up and check em out.

Everything is possible, Northerncoins.
But....this already not $10 item to experiment with.
I will let them to keep their mystery inside...
(when I'll buy the second roll to resell the singles, I'll check for errors).

Just from the other forum and some March coins news:

"Hera" and "Star Trek" already forgotten - people who got the "Transporter" set for CDN 349 from "The Coin Shoppe" currently can not make money on it - the quantity is only 1500 units but 3 sources trying to sell them, and one person on other forum can sell even lower..

The Masks set "fewer" approaching, people count and the amount is already on 650. Meanwhile, on ebay set offered for CDN 500 (!) and single coin for CDN 200 (!)

Some other subscription / set - "Forests" sells good, started only 1500 (!) available from RCM and the stock depleting.

But the new hit has been risen - Royal Mint did it again: with some not pure silver (sterling) and not pure gold, limited mintage circulation like coin, with "new Britannia design", extremely expensive, makes people buy them and look for the profits. Don't know why people buy them, but the are the "new bomb" now!

I don't even like the Britannia coins , now or past coins, I don't see the big attraction, they just look plain Jane coin to me actually even "dull", eh oh well to each their own I guess.

I don't think the star Trek set is done its climb just yet, 1500 sets is not very many considering all the Trekys out there.

Only question is can those nerdy Star Trek fans with pizza delivery jobs save up enough to buy a $500 first edition Transporter set, I think they can since they don't have women to spend money on.

The Mask Set will start turning Hot soon, only reason they have not sold out is because the flippers are sour on "Moon Masks" and M/C Flippers are the ones who buy up all the coins Pre public release normally , they are sour so not much buying atm

I still do not expect the "Masks" will be hot, but interesting item with some thrill.

The Britannia.....I like that they annually changed design for Proof / BU coins and imo, designed were good, except 2011. The proof coins were exceptionally nice, but overpriced. The 2014 is beautiful, I just knew, that do not have to buy all, that I like. As for new 2 pounds coin - it is OK, the effigy of QEII will be new, but do not think it worth the asking money.
But I understand UK people - same as we are overpay for "Nickel" set - they also like to buy the NCLT that commemorate the coinage.

You guys are hilarious sure shows how much people know or think they know. A couple people asked about the Brit's that does not translate into dozen's of people buying them if any at all.Star trek has only arrived in people's hands and it is already over in your mind the people that buy at $350 and up are not buying to resell them as you imagine. But by all means keep holding faith for that lame mask set.

No, elkslayer, nor you and neither me will buy the new RM 2 pounds coin, but if you will see the numbers, that RFD people post - means, someone do buy these coins.
They might be go up (like George and Dragon coin) or will remain expensive coins, that UK collectors want to hold.

In your eyes the "Masks" set is lame cause not resealable.
Lets assume, this correct. But we look at the coins from the side of the art, legacy and collector's stuff. Sorry, but the plastic Transporter with all it's advantages doesn't fit into the "art" category. Just different view, it's all, nothing wrong with it.

@Solidifier:
These Tubes are from air-tite, and they not for half dollar rolls, since in US the roll contain 20 coins and in Canadian 50c roll 25 coins. So these tubes are just closest as possible to the roll dimension and I cut the top of the tube.
The appear as : #7800 Cap-Tube Model A

Most people think the set is not going to take off because there is little interest in art coins and in this case, Moon Masks. Which is true to some extent.

But I think the main reason it won't do that well is that the set is too expensive at $360 or almost $400 for people in BC like me who has to pay the PST of 7%.

$360 is still a lot of money to some people and unless they have deep interest in Moon Masks, they are not going to pay a lot of money for them. If you decide to resell the set, you have to sell for $425-$450 just to break even.

Confirmed by reputable member from the other side - elkslayer was correct :
the "Masks 3 coin set" has only ONE single COA, which is makes it more unique and desirable item.
(means, we will not see many "orphan" coins floating here and there).
Not many of them on ebay - hoarded and kept by collectors (or not purchased).
Tomorrow is the "public" day to storm the Mint.

Added:
People report about getting the Star Trek set and it is nice!
Well...the next step is: to store it away, forget and to wait for the "Pikkard" set.

There seemed to be no interest on the Discover China 6-Pieces Medallion Set (Mintage 5000)?

I thought it is a nice set. Too bad it's medal set, not coin set, or else more people would be interested.

I think, this exactly the reason.
The "medallion" even probably not the proper word. They are "artistic rounds". And rounds - huge variety in the market. Made well, but not the coins.

Masks set:
The "In hand" sets already reached GTA. The "Antique finish" coin is OMG! Real strike. I thought, the "Proof" will be the winner among 3, changed my mind towards the antique.
People without MC status could buy the set not less then CAD450 ! No one sells for less.
**please note, that RCM hasn't release the set yet.
