Thanks, guys. Coinfrog, I share your dislike of the Martha $1 SC and the bearded Stanton dollars. I'm also not keen on that Webster $10 LT. He looks like some kind of sadist in the portrait.

Here is the last of the $10 silver certificates, somewhat scarce with a total print run of only 720K. Interestingly, no stars were printed for this issue.

When did they change printing the large "10" to the left of Hamilton's portrait from blue to black ink?

Picked this up for a good price. Most of the '34 Series silver certificate five's are very reasonably valued. This note would have been printed between 1946 and 1949.

I got this silver certificate several days ago, and like its fancy serial number. It's a true binary, one million, and seven of a kind serial.
