Both are great coins. I've been focusing on the middle dates lately so I've been studying up on them. The 1830 N-1 R.1 is a great coin and a solid EAC 15.

The 1827 N-11 R.1 has less wear than the 1830 but has slight porosity. You claim it may have been cleaned but in my opinion all large cents have been cleaned at least once. If it has it's retoned nicely. My grade for this coin is VF-20 sharpness net graded to EAC 15.
