I'm not saying all of ebay's policies are wrong. The have made a lot of changes over the years & most of them were ok and/or an improvement. It's still the best place around if you want to buy or sell. It's just sad that they have created an environment where sellers have to be wary of all buyers who left (totally legitimate) negatives in order to avoid the buyers that work the system.
