After that last bunch I was really excited about the boxes I got yesterday....until I worked them, that is.

I worked 2 boxes of $500. First box gave me 2 40%. Second box gave me a 74d DDO and a 2003p. Oh well, at least there was a little silver

I just picked up $40 in customer wrapped plus 6 loose. The teller said she had 7 loose and looked at one and kept it- it was probably silver but I couldn't see, since she had gotten it from another teller. Anyway the $40 wrapped scored 3 40% silver pieces and several BU 1993D.

Well.....i gotta say, I'm still in a state of wonderment that so many are still finding good quantities of silver......got so frustrated in my area (and 100 mile radius) as well as Fed Res rolls...that I've had a long layoff from participating.....but maybe I should order another $500.00 worth and try yet again ....

Just went through 4 boxes.

First has 3 40%ers. Second had 2 40%ers and 1 NIFC. Third has 10 40%ers, 2 90's, a 64 and a 1943 Walker! And 1 gold plated 2004 NIFC. And fourth box had 1 40, 1 90 and 1 NIFC.

Not great per box but all in all a nice balance.

this board is seriously lacking some pictures. the last two weeks for me have been remarkable, I've got approx $150 face in 90% since monday the 2nd. the first bank on monday had $80 or 4 $20 rolls of solid silver, I got lucky because the good stuff was buried below $420 worth of dumps. the $20 rolls were even marked 'franklins'. the following day I scored $31 face of BU 1964 kennedy's from an instore bank branch. And just when I thought i'd never be so lucky again I got another 4 $10 solid rolls of franklins yesterday. Happy Hunting everyone.

I just found this posting....and find it quite interesting. My girlfriend and I recently to attempt a complete business strike Kennedy set entirely from bank rolls and to this end recently purchased $190 in halves from a bank here ( Upstate NY ) I didn't keep a tally of what all we found, but way too many 1976's, 1971's and 1972's. The highlights of our recent search were 1 1988-p and 3 2001 Ds I'll keep better tabs next time.

I have found 1987 in rolls before.

I have found like 5 different proofs. I have like two extra 1976s (a lot of people must have busted up that proof set.

I might try and get some more rolls tomorrow. My 4 boxes from last week yielded zip. I did find a bunch in drive bys though.

Does anyone know if NIFC pieces carry a premium.

The only ones I know of are the 64d, 1970, 1987p&d, and anything above '01. Are these worth more than 50 cents?

The 1970 D is worth 20 dollars or so. I would guess the 87s carry a premium. I am not sure about the post 2001 issues.
