I tried something new today. I stopped by a Korean bank. They had about $220 of customer wrapped rolls and I took them all. I found six clad halves and two Walking Liberty half dollars. It made a great start to the holiday weekend!

I've only searched $10 of loose halves, but didn't find anything. Tempted to go for a box, but maybe i'll check for rolls if they have any.

My last two boxes, $1000, yielded one as in 1 1967 40%, 0 No FG, 1 2005 and 1 2006. The 2005 had deep scratches and someone had marked the area with a felt tip marker. Someone has been marking 1974's. I take it that it is for no DD as they aren't DD.

I think I may have just hit a mini bonanza. I went to the bank at lunch looking for half dollars. The teller asked how much I wanted and I told her I would take whatever she had. A few minutes later she came out with a large plastic bag. I immediately recognized that familiar "ting" silver makes. Sure enough I could spot lots of silver through the bag. Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to look into the whole bag, since there is $136 worth of coins in it. But I did see a couple of '64s and several clad.
I will let you know what else is in there when I am done looking!

The results are in.........120 silver clad and 10 ninety percent silver. WOW!! This takes me to over $400 in silver pulled from circulation.
To top it off, I got my first '87 today! Overall, it's been a very good day!
