I think he was saying that his post has a lot of photos (pic heavy). A warning to those with slower connections.

Difficult to tell sometimes. You have that calm, cool, and collected sense of humour.

I feel like Doc Brown to your Marty McFly.

There's that word again: "heavy." Why are things so heavy in the future? Is there a problem with the Earth's gravitational pull?

"Great Scott"! Sounds like Mister Kairu had his own Doc Brown moment!

Nice coins Mickymus, and !

would it be safe to say the 1964 Kennedy's are proofs? I heard there was a design change in 1965 at the request of Jackie Kennedy.

They all look like business strike coins.

The design change was in 1964.

There were business strikes and proof issued by the Philadelphia mint in 1964.

Don't the proofs retain their shininess while the business strikes dull over time? And what would the grades be on my Kennedy's? BTW I also inherited around 8 Franklin halves from my grandmother as well. Hmm come to think of it I have all 3 of the 20th century Half dollars Walking Liberty half dollar Franklin half dollar and Kennedy half dollar.

The difference between proof and business strike is how they are made. Coins only dull over time from circulation, so if you have a proof and business strike that has never circulated, both will be shiny. The difference is how they are shiny; for example, the proof will have mirrored fields. Proof coins also have sharp edges and squared rims.
