1971 D Kennedy Half Repunched Mint Mark / RPM ?

I originally picked two rolls up to do a quick search for silver but decided to take a closer look at them tonight. Does this look like an RPM? I couldn't find much info on Kennedy variety's. Comparitively speaking, I have found about fifteen or so 74 DDOs while looking for one of these RPMs. But I don't know how many people are after them. I usually don't look at the 71d's that much as there are usually a ton of them in the rolls I get and I'm usually after silver, no FG's and 74DDO's but thanks for posting as I will have to start checking for them from now on.
