Quote: Looks great to me...just a bit bronzy if that is a word I forgot to balance the original when I cropped it. All of my other photos were balanced; the originals look a little yellow. Played with Pain.net this morning. How does this look compared to the previous attempt?

Quote: these Medal Struck in .999 Fine Silver but they look different why is that if it ok to ask,but I went on and added the rest since I had them out.thanks I believe it has to do with how the dies are prepared. Quote: And why would they insert the book spine first? Speed. I can put it in spine first quickly, but the other way needs care. I prefer the other way, so I always take my time. Looks great!

Thanks! Yeah, maybe I should get an extra silver medal (from someone who graded their dollar and does not want the medal), shrink it, then bronze it. Or maybe I will just get one from ebay.

jbuck: you just reminded me a a couple of coins I have...an ASE and a Morgan dollar shrunk by like 100,000 amps of electricity. Silver content is the same just compressed...kinda cool..but....I can't find it. I will look again tonight

You need to find them. I want to see them. For those interested, the shrink it link I posted above is to one of Cascade's topics. That thread also has links to previous coin shrinking topics.

The coins in those pics look bizarre and distorted. The ones I have look exactly the same as the originals but obviously much smaller.
After I finish torturing myself on the golf course I will indeed look for them....

First & only 70 set just sold on the bay for $1,300... and it's anacs. No pcgs or ngc yet. Very strange, they've gotta start showing up soon unless all these nasty flaws will make them super rare 321837872335

Very strange, they've gotta start showing up soon unless all these nasty flaws will make them super rare It says best offer accepted, not the $1299 listed. Regardless, that is crazy. For that I can finish my 7070 and still have money remaining.

Somewhere between 1077 and 1108, so $1100 is about right.
