Trying to nail this one. The obverse legend appears to end SIVS making this Theo rather than Arcadius or Honorius. I am having difficulty reading the mint, I thought it might be SMH.. but I can't find this coin in Heraclea. Suggestions please? Pretty please?

Edit: Mint could be SMN Nicomedia?

The mint is Cyzicus, mint mark SMK[A,B or gamma]

Heraclea didn't mint this type and any mint marks from Antioch of this type would have mint mark starting with ANT
