I have no intention of purchasing, just looking for some education.

The entire US Admin of the PI series is full of weak strikes and such.

Would this be an instance of Very late die state?

I see lots of mushiness on the letters and other devices as well as a sort of wavy almost dented appearance around the obverse and reverse designs.

I do not think it has been cleaned.

I don't think it's a late die state, all I can make out is that some grease had accumilated around the edges on the obverse.

But then again, I can always be wrong

Something looks off about it. Like someone used a real coin to cast a counterfeit or something like that. Hmm
