Quote:I've been building a set of Washington quarters while trying to figure out how I want to house them. They are now in a Whitman Classic 1932-1990 album and I really like how they look. Have you ever considered a Dansco album? What are the average conditions of your quarters? How many more do you need to complete the set?

Not being terribly ambitious, I've worked on the Roosevelt dime. I've finished the Dansco Roosevelt dime with proofs folder through 2017, and am almost done with a Capital Plastics holder with pre-1965 Roosevelt dime proofs, lacking only 1951 and 1953. Separately I've assembled maybe 15-20 MS66 FT of the silver Roosies, and four PR68 DCAMs from 1960-64, lacking the 1961. I don't have the 1982 no P or any of the no S proofs, but those don't have ports anyway. Someday maybe...

Currently: Dansco 7070. Because of course. About 1/3 to 1/2 done, all the easy stuff. Franklin halves, in a Whitman folder. Complete as a date set, working on filling out the MM's very slowly. ATB Quarters P&D. Whitman folder 1 complete, working on number 2 now. Past: Eisenhower dollars in BU, complete (Dansco album). Kennedy halves BU 1964-2016. Custom set in 2x2's in a 3 ring binder. Dumped the non silver ones back into circulation last summer. Got part way done with a set of 1946-64 Roosevelt dimes, but gave up and sold them. Future consideration: British half-crowns. I have seen folders for these on ebay, the first being 1911-1940, the second begins 1941 and runs through 1967 (the year of its publication) and has a few blank holes after that. I may bite at this set, at least the second folder.

I am currently working on · Lincoln pennies 1959 to date (21 to go) · Jefferson nickels 1938 to date (83 to go) · Roosevelt dimes 1946 to date (46 to go) · Washington quarters 1932 to 1998 (48 to go) · State Quarters (Complete) · ATB Quarters (10 to go) · Kennedy halves 1964 to date (16 to go) · Eisenhower dollars (8 to go) · Susan Bs (Complete) · Native American dollars 2000 to date (4 to go) . President Dollars (14 to go) I am doing all uncirculated with each mint that was struck for circulation in the given year (recent halves and dollars just doing P and D as they were not circulated) and storing in labelled 2x2 in attractive binders. Only started in January so doing pretty well, taken a break in April but looking forward to completing. I then intend to move on to Franklin halves then who knows! This is my first post btw

Quote: I want to have something complete.... I get that, but there are a lot of accessible Morgans out there....multiple mints per year in a lot of cases. I guess the incomplete album doesn't bother me as much.

Quote: but there are a lot of accessible Morgans out there Yes there are. I'm about 75% complete with the 8178/8179 with all circulated examples and it doesn't bother me that it will likely never be complete. The only reason I even picked up the date set album is I only lacked 3 coins from being complete with coins I already own. Those three will be nice AU examples someday hopefully soon. I also collect Morgan dollar VAMs and have hundreds and specifically collect 1883-O VAMs and have 47.
