952 S Lincoln Cent Error Coin: Missing 1?

The 1 is clearly missing and under 16x magnification there is no scratching that would indicate the removal of the 1. There does appear to be an extremely faint outline of a 1, but that could be my mind playing tricks! Report this Post to the Staff
