Orfew is more than welcome to post his suggestions although inadmissible for voting purposes. Next week hopefully everyone posts in the Greek thread which I am sure will be most interesting.

I for one would like to see that Constantine follis, and hear its story (although R5 today often isn't what it was before the Bulkan explosion of the late-80s and 90s). A nice denarius of Nero under $300 would be fun to see too, I think.

Unfortunately I didn't see this in time so can't post? But am I blind or did nobody post a Constantius II Fel Temp Reparatio? Seems like such a staple to me!

The Fel Temp reverses were represented by a coin of Constans, with the particular type most associated with him.
If you were to go with Constantius II, which type of Fel Temp would you select:
1. falling horseman 2. victory on prow 3. phoenix 4. soldier with labarum and captives 5 soldier with labarum and captive (Thessalonika)
?

Sorry for not being clear, I would certainly go with the falling horseman, it's definitely the most recognizable and appealing type to me.

I like that Nero, he sure was ugly but I still would like him in my collection.

So the results are in, here are the top ten ^^
Mark Antony Denarius - 25 points - a clear winner. Marcus Aurelius - 18 points - clearly a popular guy. Imperial Denarius - 18 points Republican Denarius - 15 points Campgate reverse - 10 points Romulus and Remus - 10 points Hadrian, Commodus, Caligula, AS - 5 points each
Voting was a tad confusing... one wonders if such general description as "Imperial denarius" is such a wide field that it had unfair advantage in the votes compared to a particular ruler or reverse type.
Regardless thanks all for those who submitted coins and took time to share their thoughts. I for one enjoyed seeing your favourites. NExt thread will be the Greek coins which are my favourite!
