1962 Jefferson Nickels (Pictures Added!)

Craftworker Valued Member United States 87 Posts	Posted 10/29/2015 8:54 pm I don't know if this is the right section but anyway...I bought a few rolls of 1962 proof Jefferson nickels. I was going through them and noticed a few were toning blue in color, very pretty blue. I put the rolls away. A week later I went through the same rolls and there were more toning blue. coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 10/29/2015 11:55 pm When you mention a blue hue, it is not the color you think that would be un-attractive. It is a quite nice color. Most of these were left in the cello for years. I keep the pretty ones in 2X2's. But there are probably a lot of nice doubled dies on them. I found one in a roll that paid for a lot of rolls of these. So keep then and when your eye develops, then take another look at them. Most of the doubled dies I found were on the reverses.
