This past week we used $528 in $2 bills for my farm - farmers markets and some bill paying. Low usage this past week, thanks to New Years and poor weather. This week's vegetable of the week is Purple Mizuna, a delicious Mustard family member that is a modern development from Korea and Japan over the last 15 or 20 years and tastes crisp and delicious. It produces well here in our part of California. It is eaten raw in Salads or sauteed or stir-fried. The Purple color is a reddish purple that is pretty.
