A question about the rules: I got my assignment and checked the "what our members collect page". I printed it and took it to two local coin stores and asked what they had that may interest my person. [Since I'm sending overseas, I didn't think I had time to try bidding on the internet for something, and then waiting to receive it before sending.] While I found something, I wish it was more. Now that there is a surprise gift somewhere en route between here and there, am I allowed to ask my recipient directly if there is something I can add, or is that a violation of the "Secret" part of this? Thanks

My package went into Santa's sack yesterday - expected delivery before Christmas Eve! (If we had a Santa smilie, this is where I'd put it!)

My mom couldn't go to the PO today but probably can tomorrow. Hopefully my gift will arrive by Christmas!

Dear person who resides on planet earth in a locale oddly named North central Antarctica (spelling may be a little off)
A nice non-tapas package is sitting in the post office and should be on the air conveyance shortly!
I hope you enjoy!

Santa arrived for me today!! I'll open it up and post pics later. I look forward to this every year. Just what I needed to kick me out of my collecting hiatus.

My gift is finally in the mail. I hope my assignment likes it! We cancelled plans to go to Vancouver because of the weather forecast (100% chance of rain for several days straight), but it may mean I don't have to wait as long for the gift.

I myself know and understand the rules of the Secret Santa and gave what only what was xtra in my collection as I'm sure most do. Its the spirit of Christmas not the gift that counts. I understand that one gives what one can afford and thats the way it should be. No one is trying to overshadow anyone by giving something that is over $10. I speaking for myself but from what I see I'm speaking for other people as well. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all. This is something I feel that needs to be said.

Santa came early this year! He brought me 5 rolls of wheaties. I haven't had a chance to search them yet, but I pulled one out at random and it was a decent looking 1918. I'll post the results when I get a chance! When the package came, my dad almost recycled it because he thought it was a phone book at first. Good thing he didn't! Thanks, JGFindring!

Totally unsearched! Came from my neighbor's grandfather's estate! Untouched for 50 years! (The Easter Bunny told me so!)
